Legal Experience and Perspective

Early in my legal career, I participated in corporate transactions exceeding one billion dollars in total value. That experience provided insight into how sophisticated agreements are structured, negotiated, and enforced.

Over the years, my practice has expanded to include criminal defense, DWI litigation, civil disputes, estate planning, real estate law, and business transactions. I have tried more than 500 DWI cases as an attorney and have served from the bench reviewing hundreds more. There is very little in Arkansas criminal practice that I have not seen firsthand.

I am also appointed as a Criminal Justice Act panel attorney in the Western District of Arkansas, representing individuals in federal court and navigating federal sentencing guidelines and procedures.

Experience matters. Perspective matters more.

Clear Advice. Realistic Expectations. Serious Preparation.

Clients often come to me during uncertain moments in their lives. My role is to provide clarity.

I tell clients the truth, even when the news is difficult. Setting realistic expectations early builds credibility and allows strategic decisions to be made with confidence. In many cases, outcomes exceed initial projections because the groundwork was laid carefully.

Preparation is not optional. Whether negotiating a contract, defending a DWI, structuring an estate plan, or litigating a civil dispute, the work done early often determines how seriously the matter is treated later.

Based In Hot Springs, But Serving The Entire State Of Arkansas.

I represent clients throughout Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, Garland County, and across the State of Arkansas. My practice remains rooted in Central Arkansas while maintaining experience in both state and federal courts.
